 Dr. Jove and his staff will be doing sports physicals here on April 19th at 6:00. The Cost is $25. If your athlete gets a physical at this time, they will be clear through the end of next (12-13) school year.

Please have the fill the forms out before you arrive for the physical.

 The Archer Diamond Club has two executive board member positions (Vice President & Treasuer) open that we are currently taken nominations for. If you are interested in volunteering for one of these openings please submit a written request to Joey Gulley at joey_gulley@gwinnett.k12.ga.us by Friday April 27th 5pm to be on the list for candidates to be appointed.

We also have  positions for our 2012 softball season that are non-voting that need to be filled which include:

Fundrasing Assistant

Spirt Wear Coordinator

 Please find attached our sign packages for the summer and the Pizza fundraiser. We really need each family out and about selling these items if we are going to be able to get our dugouts built. If you were not at the meeting please download these forms or if you were at the meeting and you know someone who was not, please direct them to the website to pick up these forms. If each family can raise between 500 and 700 dollars then we have a chance to get dugouts built.
